Medium: An original mixed-media work on MDF combining acrylic and spray paint, with hand-cut “Dream” lettering, housed in a refurbished ornate black frame.

Each work is built through successive applications of acrylic paint and spray paint on canvas, combining traditional brushwork with aerosol techniques. Opaque and translucent layers are alternated to create depth, while controlled drips, overpainting, and gestural marks remain intentionally visible as evidence of process.

Floral forms are constructed through repetition and interruption, using negative space, saturation shifts, and textural variation to establish movement across the surface. Spray paint is used both as a drawing tool and as an atmospheric layer, softening edges and integrating hard marks into the composition.

The paintings are resolved through balance rather than symmetry, with final layers selectively obscuring earlier decisions to preserve complexity and visual tension.
