Bollee Patino (“Artist,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any purchase of artwork,
products, or services made through the Website.

By accessing the Website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including images, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and design—is the
exclusive property of the Artist and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • No artwork or content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
  • Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.

3. Artwork Availability & Sales Channels

Artwork may be offered:

  • Directly through the Studio via this Website
  • Through select galleries or authorized representatives

Pricing is consistent across studio and gallery channels unless otherwise stated. Availability is
subject to change, and listing an artwork does not guarantee availability until confirmed.

4. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted
  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless specified

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout or confirmed via invoice
  • Full payment or agreed deposit is required before shipment or commission commencement

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

5. Shipping & Insurance

  • All artworks are professionally packed
  • Shipments are fully insured until delivery confirmation
  • Domestic and international shipping is available

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size, and handling requirements and are confirmed prior to shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are accepted only in the event of damage during transit
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation

If damage is confirmed, we will work with the collector to resolve the matter through repair, replacement (if possible),
or an insurance claim.

7. Certificates of Authenticity

All original works sold directly by the Studio are:

  • Signed by the artist
  • Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity
  • Documented with title, year, medium, and dimensions

Certificates are issued directly by the Studio to ensure provenance.

8. Commissions

Commissions are accepted on a limited basis and subject to approval.

  • Written agreement outlining scope and timeline
  • Deposit required prior to commencement
  • Balance due prior to delivery

Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable once production has begun.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Website and any purchase is also governed by our
Privacy Policy.
We respect collector privacy and handle all personal data with discretion.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or gallery partners. We are not responsible for the content or

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question
